An update for our customers regarding COVID-19

At Arkivum, the personal safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance. With this in mind we have activated our Business Continuity Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have a comprehensive, global Business Continuity plan which covers our employees, information assets and the continuity of business critical processes in the event of a disaster or crisis. This plan is regularly tested and assessed annually as part of our ISO 27001 certification process.

Our staff use Arkivum laptops and our comprehensive security measures work the same whether the connection is from home or the office. In addition our operations team have the ability to remotely operate all servers that run our applications and hold your data, so we won’t need to operate any differently during this time.

In summary we’re confident that while our staff are working from home we can continue with business as usual to meet our customers’ needs.
