Arkivum enhances its customer-focused culture with the establishment of a Chief Customer Officer

We are excited to announce formation of this new executive role and welcome Mr. Ofer Karmi to Arkivum as Chief Customer Officer. Under Ofer’s leadership, Arkivum will continue and enhance all aspects of client and partner engagements to ensure consistent great experiences across all areas of the business as our customer base continues to expand globally.

Ofer has gained vast experience while serving major tier 1 enterprises across various markets such as AT&T, Verizon, Cigna, Liberty Mutual, Costa, Tesco, Samsung, Citi and many others.
