Undo-Ingest: Safely Reverse Archive Actions 

Arkivum 6.8 introduces Undo-Ingest, allowing authorised users to reverse an ingest or preservation action and return the archive to its previous state. 

This capability provides a controlled mechanism for correcting mistakes, removing content that has been ingested in error, or responding to changing business requirements without complex manual intervention.

In particular, reporting on Users, Retentions, Fixity and Deletions has been among the most frequently requested capabilities from both existing customers and prospective users.

• Filter jobs by type, status, date and other key criteria. 

• Sort and organise results to quickly find relevant activity. 

• Export filtered job data directly to CSV for reporting and analysis. 

• Access detailed job information from a dedicated side panel. 

• View job-specific settings, approvals and configuration details. 

• Download ingest inventories directly from ingest job records.
