In this session, Ricky Lakhani, Chief Product Officer at PHARMASEAL, will start by exploring how life sciences organisations can gain complete oversight of their clinical trial portfolios through a unified digital approach. He will discuss how integrating validated trial management and archival solutions enables greater efficiency, compliance, and long-term value from clinical data, transforming the way sponsors manage both ongoing and completed studies.
Key points he will cover are:
- The importance of a validated, integrated, and unified platform for managing clinical trials.
- How robust archival capabilities ensure data integrity, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
- The advantages of a single enterprise solution spanning both active and archived trials.
- Enabling full portfolio oversight for improved governance and decision-making.
- Driving efficiency, transparency, and long-term value across the clinical trial lifecycle.
Ricky will then hand over to Arkivum’s Rob Buckton (Sales Director), who will start by sharing what digital preservation is and why it is crucial to maintaining the data integrity of essential trial records and data for +25 years. This will include reference to retention regulations (e.g. EU CTR) and industry guidelines (e.g. ICH E6(R3) and the ALCOA+ principles).
Finally, we’ll hear from Jack Leitch (Arkivum’s Head of Customer Experience) to take attendees through a high-level overview of the Arkivum solution. Jack will start with how PHARMASEAL customers can migrate their data into the Arkivum solution, followed by showcasing key features including automated digital preservation workflows, how to browse and search for records and the reporting suite including audit trails.
At the end of the session, Ricky, Rob and Jack will be happy to answer any questions from attendees.
