Webinar: In-archive analytics: making GxP data dynamic within the Arkivum system

GxP regulations and guidelines talk about the need for dynamic data to remain readable, usable and understandable during the entire retention period. This can be over multi-decade timescales and long after source systems have been decommissioned. Much of this dynamic data comes in the form of databases and tabular data where users interact with the data using interfaces that present it in meaningful way and allow it to be searched, queried, filtered and visualised. This presents a challenge of how to maintain this interactivity and functionality when the data is migrated into an archiving and preservation environment.
Arkivum’s approach is to add data analytics and business intelligence capabilities into the archive so users can directly interact with data in a controlled archive environment. This enables data to retain its dynamic nature, it allows organisations to continue to meet their regulatory obligations, and it enables new value and insights to be extracted from archived data. This session will review the GxP regulations and guidelines, discuss what it means to maintain data in a dynamic form, and demonstrate how this can be done within the Arkivum system.
