Jack Leitch
Jack joined Arkivum in 2024 as a Solutions Consultant and now leads the Customer Experience function, with responsibility for delivering a high-quality customer journey across onboarding, support, migrations and ongoing engagement. He brings together experience as an NHS Biomedical Scientist with a background in technical consultancy and the delivery and support of SaaS solutions. This combination enables him to understand both the operational and technical challenges faced by customers, particularly in regulated environments, and to translate these into practical, tailored solutions.
