In this session, Daniel will discuss the key elements to creating a successful business case within your organisation in order to address the risk and benefits of implementing a digital archiving strategy. He will illustrate the key stakeholders you need to engage, the need to comply with the increasingly stringent regulatory compliance in lifecycle data management, and how having a “compelling event” is paramount to a successful business case. He will also use real-wold examples to demonstrate good practise.
