Arkivum is looking forward to attending the 2017 Annual Conference of the Scientific Archivists Group which is being held on 27th & 28th April 2017 at the Manchester Midland Hotel.
This major sector-specific gathering provides an annual opportunity to hear views from regulators, experts, thought-leaders, and leading practitioners in their field on key challenges and trends in records management facing the life science and healthcare sectors.
The 2017 conference will include a packed programme of inspirational speakers, lively discussions and networking opportunities, all centred around the latest thinking, industry innovations and best practice.
There are sessions on data integrity and metadata; archiving paper and electronic records; data protection; information governance; mind-mapping; and project management skills for records managers and archivists.
SAG is also pleased to be able once again to have an MHRA speaker present on the hot topic of data integrity. The conference will also include the SAG AGM and feature updates on progress from the Scientific Archivists Group’s own Special Interest Groups.
